Description

The last few puppies from our beautiful litter of goldadors are looking for their forever 5 ⭐️ homes.

Senna (mum, Labrador) and Kevin (dad, golden retriever are both KC registered and can be seen with the puppies, along with grandma and two grown up half siblings.

Both are valued members of our picking up pack. Senna has the most phenomenal nose of any dog and Kevin wants nothing more than to please you. Together they create fabulous working dogs.

This is a repeat mating following a wonderful litter last year, so you can have every confidence in the temperament and quality of these puppies. The last litter are proving themselves in retrieving ability, deer stalking and search and rescue, as well as fabulous family dogs. Previous puppies from the kennels have gone to be successful police dogs.

Our puppies have been home-bred and lovingly raised from day one.

Viewings are warmly welcomed. Come and meet the whole family for yourself. We are experienced breeders and are known for producing well rounded, healthy puppies ready to start their lives with new families. I focus on ensuring my puppies are comfortable in different environments, by allowing them freedom to explore different surfaces and objects, whilst showing different sites and sounds. They will be comfortable with different breeds of dogs, from our little (occasionally grumpy) terrier to our lovely big German shepherd. And they all love a cuddle. This exposure training has resulted in all previous puppies flying through the police assessments they complete prior to purchasing.

We hope that our relationship doesn’t end when our puppy leaves, we have a wealth of knowledge and experience, we will always be on hand to assist new puppy owners with any worries or troubles. We will be there for you for the puppy’s entire lifetime.

There are photos to show mum, dad, grandma and two siblings from the previous litter.

🐶 Buyer’s Checklist for Gun Dogs

Whether you’re buying, selling, or studding a dog, it’s essential to take the right steps to protect yourself—and the animals involved.

  • Always meet the dog in person at the breeder’s home or kennel—never agree to buy without seeing them first.
  • Ask to see the puppies with their Dam (mother), and the Sire (father) if available.
  • Verify all paperwork:
    • Kennel Club (KC) registration number
    • Date of birth
    • Health screening results
  • Prepare questions to ask the breeder. Some helpful ones include:
    • Did you breed the dog(s) yourself?
    • Can I see where they were bred and raised?
    • How old is the Dam, and how many litters has she had?
    • Was the birth natural or via C-section?
    • Are there any known health issues?
    • Can I see documentation for both Dam and Sire?
    • Will the puppy be vaccinated and wormed before purchase?

  • If something feels off, walk away. Don’t ignore red flags.
  • Ask for advice from a trusted third party if you’re unsure.
  • Take your time. This is a big decision—don’t rush it.

  • Puppies should appear happy, healthy, clean, and curious.
  • You should be allowed to see and handle all puppies in the litter, not just the one you're considering.
  • Never buy a puppy younger than 8 weeks old.
  • Avoid any puppies that show signs of illness—e.g. runny eyes, weakness, or diarrhoea.

  • Is the whelping pen clean?
  • Do the dogs have access to fresh water, clean food, and adequate space?
  • The living conditions can say a lot about the breeder’s standards.

  • Ensure you receive the KC registration form and all relevant documents at the time of payment.
  • Write up a simple contract to protect both buyer and seller—especially important in case circumstances change.
  • Never agree to buy a puppy in a car park or public place. Always go to the breeder's premises.
