TWINYOS MYA X CHEVERCOMBE CORMORANT

Introducing Bramble's beautiful litter of fox red lab puppies, 6 bitches & 2 dogs, born Thursday 30th April 2026.

We bred this carefully planned litter with the intention of keeping one puppy ourselves to continue our much-loved bloodline. This was an important breeding for us, focused on preserving the excellent temperament, health, and qualities we value in our dogs.

Bramble (Dam) is a working gundog on large commercial and small farm shoots trained to stand on peg and work in the beating line. She has the most wonderful temperament and is a very loving dog. Bramble is hereditary clear on health tests.

Chester (Sire) is a quality working dog who is a large example of the breed with a very strong build. He is a true stamp of a dog and is DNA clear on the following: CNM, EIC, HNPK, prcd-PRA. Chester is a gentle giant around children and truly is 'man's' best friend.

Pups will be fully weaned, wormed and microchipped on collection on or after 25th June 2026. They will leave for their forever homes with the following:

🐾 Information sheet and puppy contract

🐾 KC registration

🐾 1kg of puppy food

🐾 Microchip information

🐾 Puppy toy

🐾 Towel with Mum's smell

We have been breeding for 15+ years and therefore have extensive knowledge and are able to provide any support new owners may need throughout the pups life.

We are holding 2 bitch pups back and will choose to keep one out of the two when they are around 5 weeks old. The remaining puppies are available to view now with a £250 deposit to secure the pup of your choice (receipt provided). We are happy to provide any further information or to answer any questions you may have.

🐶 Buyer’s Checklist for Gun Dogs

Whether you’re buying, selling, or studding a dog, it’s essential to take the right steps to protect yourself—and the animals involved.

  • Always meet the dog in person at the breeder’s home or kennel—never agree to buy without seeing them first.
  • Ask to see the puppies with their Dam (mother), and the Sire (father) if available.
  • Verify all paperwork:
    • Kennel Club (KC) registration number
    • Date of birth
    • Health screening results
  • Prepare questions to ask the breeder. Some helpful ones include:
    • Did you breed the dog(s) yourself?
    • Can I see where they were bred and raised?
    • How old is the Dam, and how many litters has she had?
    • Was the birth natural or via C-section?
    • Are there any known health issues?
    • Can I see documentation for both Dam and Sire?
    • Will the puppy be vaccinated and wormed before purchase?

  • If something feels off, walk away. Don’t ignore red flags.
  • Ask for advice from a trusted third party if you’re unsure.
  • Take your time. This is a big decision—don’t rush it.

  • Puppies should appear happy, healthy, clean, and curious.
  • You should be allowed to see and handle all puppies in the litter, not just the one you're considering.
  • Never buy a puppy younger than 8 weeks old.
  • Avoid any puppies that show signs of illness—e.g. runny eyes, weakness, or diarrhoea.

  • Is the whelping pen clean?
  • Do the dogs have access to fresh water, clean food, and adequate space?
  • The living conditions can say a lot about the breeder’s standards.

  • Ensure you receive the KC registration form and all relevant documents at the time of payment.
  • Write up a simple contract to protect both buyer and seller—especially important in case circumstances change.
  • Never agree to buy a puppy in a car park or public place. Always go to the breeder's premises.
