Nova has been returned to me, the breeder, due to the family not having the time or energy to put into her.
She has been with me since October 2024 and I have worked her over the past shoot season. She has one of the most excellent noses I’ve ever known, fantastic drive and a lovely temperament. She will gladly live in or out and is happy to be in the company of other dogs or on her own.
She went for a 2 month trial with the police to see if she would make a cell/drug search dog however doesn’t have quite enough ball drive. This doesn’t however effect her game drive. She is keen to fill her mouth, she doesn’t give up easily on anything or in any terrain.

Nova was a pet and was labelled as ‘too excitable and not a couch dog’ which she was never going to be. With the right person I know that Nova will make an incredible dog ready for 2025/26 season

After just having another baby I am very limited on time to do a lot of 1:1 with her

Homes will be vetted and active or working homes only. I will not be exploring her returning to the police/fire dept for reasons above

Pros

Kc registered, not neutered, fantastic nose, biddable and very easy going, no aggression towards other dogs, finds and retrieves game beautifully, recall to her name and slowly introduced 211.5 whistle for recall. Walks well on the lead

Cons:

Doesn’t walk to heel yet off lead however is very aware of what I’m asking when she’s with the group. She isn’t on a stop whistle
