What Cookies Are
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser. Cookies let a website remember things between pages and between visits — for example that you are signed in, or that you have already answered a question like this one.
Your Choice
We ask for your permission before setting any analytics cookies. When you first visit the site you will see a banner with two equally available options, Accept and Reject. Until you choose Accept, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics software is loaded.
Choosing Reject does not reduce your access to the site. Everything works the same either way.
You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer of every page. If you switch from Accept to Reject, we delete the analytics cookies listed below from your browser.
We remember your choice for 180 days, after which we will ask again. If we ever add a new type of tracking, we will ask again at that point too, regardless of how long ago you answered.
Cookies We Set Without Asking
The cookies in this table are necessary for the site to work or to keep it secure. They do not track you across other websites and are not used for advertising. Cookies We Set Only If You Accept
We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand which pages are used and how people find the site. This helps us decide what to improve. If you do not accept, Google Tag Manager is never loaded and none of these cookies are created.

Our Google Analytics property is G-E7Y1LXDGV6 and our Google Tag Manager container is GTM-KCT9C7M. That container is configured to run Google Analytics only. We do not run advertising, remarketing, heatmap or session-recording tags. We do not sell personal data.

What We Do Not Do Without Your Permission
If you have not accepted, or if you have chosen Reject:
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are not loaded at all — not in a limited mode, not at all.
- No
_gacookie or any other analytics identifier is created. - No analytics data about your visit is sent to Google.
- We do not build a profile of you, and we do not track you across other websites.
Other Third Parties
Some pages load resources from other companies in order to function: fonts and icon sets, mapping for listing locations, and the Facebook, Google and Apple sign-in tools on the sign-in and registration pages. These providers may see your IP address when your browser requests those resources. Where a provider sets its own cookies, that is governed by that provider's own policy.
Controlling Cookies in Your Browser
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that blocking the cookies in the first table will stop parts of the site working, including signing in and submitting forms.
Changes to This Policy
If we change the cookies we use, we will update this page and ask for your permission again where the law requires it.
