KC champion line red and gold cockers

County / Town: Nottinghamshire

Description

Only 3 boys left!!

At FTK9 we are excited to introduce our beautiful litter. We pride ourselves on setting our pups up for life! Each puppy we breed comes with a lifetime of support if desired, and goes through a structured development plan, starting with early neurostimulation and socialisation from the age of 1 week to ensure issues do not develop later in life, and to produce quality confident dogs.

Pics of mum and dad on, as well as their prior litter grown-up so you can see how stunning their pups turn out. We will keep updating pics as the puppies grow :D

We have been breeding search and rescue, scent detection, and assistance dogs for over 15 years, hold a 5 star breeding license and a run 5 star licensed training centre. We breed properly and professionally for health and characteristics no expense or time spared our dogs are both pets and workers and will live in the home with the children and every day activities.

We have had a fantastic litter of fully health tested cockers from great champion bloodlines - from our beautiful dam peaches and our stud Loki allowing you to meet both parents and see their amazing nature. She is the perfect amount of superb intelligence and goofball! Her pups will make exceptional working dogs or pets with her loving but focused nature and drive to please.

The stud is our boy and again will work for hours on end or curl up with the kids for a film. Exceptionally biddable and a stunning deep red.

All puppies will come with up to date vaccination, extensively socialised, micro chipped, flead, wormed, vet checked, 4 weeks free insurance, and intensive puppy pack which will also include training material and support information. As trainers too we see, daily, the results of poor breeding with lack of the desensitisation and handling and often spend several months costing pet owners thousands working with owners to overcome issues that arise from this, we ensure our puppies are exposed to everything from household noises to wheelchairs, bikes and fireworks etc.

Prices are subject to VAT as we are a registered company, unless paying cash!

Deposit to secure is £500 and non-refundable

Our puppies can come with varying packages:

?    8 weeks old with all of the above £1500 - NOW

🐶 Buyer’s Checklist for Gun Dogs

Whether you’re buying, selling, or studding a dog, it’s essential to take the right steps to protect yourself—and the animals involved.

  • Always meet the dog in person at the breeder’s home or kennel—never agree to buy without seeing them first.
  • Ask to see the puppies with their Dam (mother), and the Sire (father) if available.
  • Verify all paperwork:
    • Kennel Club (KC) registration number
    • Date of birth
    • Health screening results
  • Prepare questions to ask the breeder. Some helpful ones include:
    • Did you breed the dog(s) yourself?
    • Can I see where they were bred and raised?
    • How old is the Dam, and how many litters has she had?
    • Was the birth natural or via C-section?
    • Are there any known health issues?
    • Can I see documentation for both Dam and Sire?
    • Will the puppy be vaccinated and wormed before purchase?
  • If something feels off, walk away. Don’t ignore red flags.
  • Ask for advice from a trusted third party if you’re unsure.
  • Take your time. This is a big decision—don’t rush it.
  • Puppies should appear happy, healthy, clean, and curious.
  • You should be allowed to see and handle all puppies in the litter, not just the one you're considering.
  • Never buy a puppy younger than 8 weeks old.
  • Avoid any puppies that show signs of illness—e.g. runny eyes, weakness, or diarrhoea.
  • Is the whelping pen clean?
  • Do the dogs have access to fresh water, clean food, and adequate space?
  • The living conditions can say a lot about the breeder’s standards.
  • Ensure you receive the KC registration form and all relevant documents at the time of payment.
  • Write up a simple contract to protect both buyer and seller—especially important in case circumstances change.
  • Never agree to buy a puppy in a car park or public place. Always go to the breeder's premises.

🧠 Final Thought

Buying a gun dog is your responsibility. Do your homework on both the breed and the breeder. Make sure your decision is informed, confident, and in the best interest of the dog.
