We are proud to announce that our beautiful cocker spaniel, Misty, has had her second litter of 6 beautiful and healthy puppies, 1boy and 5 girls. The puppies are being raised within our family home amongst children and other dogs, so they will be well socialized. They are handled daily and will be used to all the sights and sounds of a busy household. All puppies will be - Kennel Club registered, which comes with 5 months insurance, - Full health checked - Microchipped - First Vaccination - Wormed on weeks 2,4,6 and 8 - Flea treated Puppies will be able to leave us & go to their forever home from Wednesday the 27th of November A non-refundable deposit of £240 will be required to secure your puppy.

Misty has a very sweet nature this makes her the perfect family pet. She is loyal and friendly both with people and other animals, she thrives on human interaction and therefore is easy to train, although she enjoys playtime she switches off when she is at home. DNA Tested, prcd-PRA Clear, FN Clear and AMS Clear 16th July 2024 The Sire is Brodie, Breezeleaf Nomble at Bourbonite. Kennel Club Registered has 47 FTCH/FTW in 5 generations. Brodie is a stunning red coated dog who is reliable and steady, he has a gentle nature excellent with other dogs animals and children and switches off in the house. His biddable nature means he just wants to please, he works well in cover and retrieves both fur and feather to hand. 🐶 Buyer’s Checklist for Gun Dogs

Whether you’re buying, selling, or studding a dog, it’s essential to take the right steps to protect yourself—and the animals involved.

  • Always meet the dog in person at the breeder’s home or kennel—never agree to buy without seeing them first.
  • Ask to see the puppies with their Dam (mother), and the Sire (father) if available.
  • Verify all paperwork:
    • Kennel Club (KC) registration number
    • Date of birth
    • Health screening results
  • Prepare questions to ask the breeder. Some helpful ones include:
    • Did you breed the dog(s) yourself?
    • Can I see where they were bred and raised?
    • How old is the Dam, and how many litters has she had?
    • Was the birth natural or via C-section?
    • Are there any known health issues?
    • Can I see documentation for both Dam and Sire?
    • Will the puppy be vaccinated and wormed before purchase?

  • If something feels off, walk away. Don’t ignore red flags.
  • Ask for advice from a trusted third party if you’re unsure.
  • Take your time. This is a big decision—don’t rush it.

  • Puppies should appear happy, healthy, clean, and curious.
  • You should be allowed to see and handle all puppies in the litter, not just the one you're considering.
  • Never buy a puppy younger than 8 weeks old.
  • Avoid any puppies that show signs of illness—e.g. runny eyes, weakness, or diarrhoea.

  • Is the whelping pen clean?
  • Do the dogs have access to fresh water, clean food, and adequate space?
  • The living conditions can say a lot about the breeder’s standards.

  • Ensure you receive the KC registration form and all relevant documents at the time of payment.
  • Write up a simple contract to protect both buyer and seller—especially important in case circumstances change.
  • Never agree to buy a puppy in a car park or public place. Always go to the breeder's premises.
