We are delighted to announce the safe arrival of our long awaited litter of smooth coated Hungarian Vizsla puppies. We currently have 2 bitches and one dog unreserved. These puppies come from outstanding bloodlines including Crufts winner Hungargunn Bear It'n Mind, Luxatori Borsika of Cserenci (extensive show and working ability record in photos) and Naplemente Cimbora (extensive show and working ability record in photos). These puppies will be multipurpose - turning their paws to active family pets, finely tuned working gundogs or successful showing candidates. Mum is Cserenci Gloria IMP HUN (Leika) she is a main part of our Gundog team, working 40+ days throughout the season from grouse through pheasants and night duck flights. She is an energetic, intelligent and biddable worker, genuinely keen to please her handler. She is a pleasure to work and watch out on a shoot day. She is easy to control and is used by both myself and my wife and can switch between roles of beating or picking up without dropping a beat. At home Leika is a bubbly, loyal, friendly girl she is fantastic with children, other dogs and is stock broken. Leika has beautiful confirmation- a broad head with a square set muzzle, a short straight well muscled back, straight legs with well muscled quarters and short tight toes. Leika is a Hungarian Import, injecting new and exciting lines into our kennel. Dad Stairnal Tyrion (Copper) has again worked extensive days throughout the shooting season, he is an affectionate, gentle and loving boy, he is fantastic with children, other dogs and is stock broken. Copper has fantastic confirmation- a broad noble head, square set muzzle, straight well muscled back over straight legs with well muscled quarters and short tight toes. The inbreeding coefficient value of this litter is 0.9% exceptionally low compared to the 3.1% breed standard value. This means our litter has no inbreeding. Leika is a gentle and exceptionally attentive mother to her puppies. This is Leika’s last litter, we retained a puppy from Leika and Copper’s first litter and decided to repeat the mating as the offspring produced where fantastic examples of the breed, some went on to active family homes, some working gundogs and two show their smooth effortless gait ringside. We again are retaining a puppy for our Gundog team. We have two beautiful bitches available, ready to leave for their new homes from now. Puppies can be seen with Mum and son Reed from her last litter (full brother to this litter) Puppies are brought up in a busy, stimulating and active environment, they will be accustomed to sounds such as household noise and gunshot (at a distance) they will be well socialised and handled by adults and children. Puppies are vet checked, microchipped, KC registered, had first vaccination, fully wormed/frontlined and come with a puppy pack including a bag of Skinners Field and Trial Puppy which they are weaned onto. Hungarian Vizslas are an active breed that require regular exercise and mental stimulation, they love to be part of the family and are an affectionate and gentle breed.
