Description

*1 boy left and Ready for his new adventure now*

UDATE: Meet “Spot” he's the last of our litter still looking for his forever home/new sofa! He's an adorable little chap with a really lovely and chilled personality. He loves cuddles and is very sociable, he's always the first to come and say “hi” and always looking for us. He's confident and enjoys exploring and playing. He's just waiting now for his new family to come along so he can start his next Chapter and let the adventures begin.*

We are pleased to introduce our cracking litter of springer spaniel puppies. Mum is one of own working/family pets who we bred ourselves, we own Mum, grandmother and Grandfather. We have bred this litter to continue the line and keep a puppy ourselves.
Mum (Teal) is very loyal, calm, loves to please and above all else loves a good fuss. She is versatile in her work and will do any job asked of her, she is incredibly reliable out on the field and is wonderful with all other dogs and most importantly our children.
Dad (Bolt) is our friends dog who a cracking stamp of a working dog, he comes out on our shoot beating through the winter and has an excellent temperament. The two of them complement each other nicely.

The puppies are an amazing bunch who have all got our hearts. We have some real bold characters coming through and also a couple who are a bit quieter and take everything in. The pups are raised with in our family home, so are very much used to all the noise and comings and going's of a busy family home. They are also very much used to lots of love and cuddles, especially from children. We also have other dogs in the house so will be used to other dogs around too. These pups would make equally amazing working dogs or pets, we are looking for 5⭐️ homes for these little beauties, either working or active home welcome.

The puppies are KC registered, will come flead/wormed and having had a vet check. They have had their tails and dew claws legally docked and will provide certificates for this. They will be microchipped and will also send them off with a bag of food and a blanket with Mums scent on it.

Any questions or queries please don't hesitate to contact me.

Many thanks

🐶 Buyer’s Checklist for Gun Dogs

Whether you’re buying, selling, or studding a dog, it’s essential to take the right steps to protect yourself—and the animals involved.

  • Always meet the dog in person at the breeder’s home or kennel—never agree to buy without seeing them first.
  • Ask to see the puppies with their Dam (mother), and the Sire (father) if available.
  • Verify all paperwork:
    • Kennel Club (KC) registration number
    • Date of birth
    • Health screening results
  • Prepare questions to ask the breeder. Some helpful ones include:
    • Did you breed the dog(s) yourself?
    • Can I see where they were bred and raised?
    • How old is the Dam, and how many litters has she had?
    • Was the birth natural or via C-section?
    • Are there any known health issues?
    • Can I see documentation for both Dam and Sire?
    • Will the puppy be vaccinated and wormed before purchase?

  • If something feels off, walk away. Don’t ignore red flags.
  • Ask for advice from a trusted third party if you’re unsure.
  • Take your time. This is a big decision—don’t rush it.

  • Puppies should appear happy, healthy, clean, and curious.
  • You should be allowed to see and handle all puppies in the litter, not just the one you're considering.
  • Never buy a puppy younger than 8 weeks old.
  • Avoid any puppies that show signs of illness—e.g. runny eyes, weakness, or diarrhoea.

  • Is the whelping pen clean?
  • Do the dogs have access to fresh water, clean food, and adequate space?
  • The living conditions can say a lot about the breeder’s standards.

  • Ensure you receive the KC registration form and all relevant documents at the time of payment.
  • Write up a simple contract to protect both buyer and seller—especially important in case circumstances change.
  • Never agree to buy a puppy in a car park or public place. Always go to the breeder's premises.
