Description

We are delighted to announce that Phoebe gave birth to 13 beautiful puppies, 6 girls and 7 boys, on the 13th August 2025 and we are looking for fabulous new owners for this exceptional litter which will be ready to leave our home on the 11th October. Mum is a striking, athletic girl with high stamina and a wonderfully loving and spirited temperament. She is extremely intelligent, learning any new commands or activity with focus and enthusiasm. She is also very affectionate, fantastic with children and loves to be included in everything - she truly is the beating heart of our home. Her pedigree includes many champions including the well regarded Gunalt lines. Dad is so handsome and an absolute gentleman, with a beautifully balanced and warm personality. He comes from a fantastic combination of the best American, European and UK bloodlines providing superb genetic diversity - his father, being imported from one of the best EU Kennels. The majority of his ancestors were champions, his grandfather being an outstanding multi-champion who’s litters went on to reproduce all around the world. As well as being a loving family dog, he is also a talented hunter, exhibiting exceptional skills and athleticism in the field. Both parents are Kennel Club Registered and health tested. They have an excellent in-breeding coefficient score of 4.8% - comfortably below the current breed average of 8.3%. This large litter is testament to the exceptional nutrition they have both enjoyed from a young age. All puppies have had a positive veterinary health check at 3 weeks old. The puppies are an absolute delight to be around - very inquisitive, active and learning fast. They have already experienced early neurological stimulation including various scents, common sounds and textures and will soon be experiencing the out doors and begin their toilet training. We aim for all our puppies to have as many experiences as possible in their first 8 weeks before they leave us. The puppies with be registered with The Kennel Club, with 5 weeks free health insurance and will be microchipped **They will be wormed and have had their primary vaccinations**. We will include a 5 generation pedigree certificate, a bag of Millie’s Wolfheart food and treats, a soft blanket with the litter/mother smell and a few toys**We will also give you an information leaflet to help you in your first few weeks** **We care passionately about our puppies and have devoted so much care, love and attention in to each one so far. We want each puppy to become an integral part of a stable and loving home with owners who have the time and patience to commit to the continuation of their nurture, socialisation and training. Each puppy deserves the best possible start in life and a happy future ahead :) If you are interested in owning one of our exceptional puppies, please email FirefrostWeimaraners at gmail.com Please note a deposit of £500 is required to secure a puppy. 🐶 Buyer’s Checklist for Gun Dogs

Whether you’re buying, selling, or studding a dog, it’s essential to take the right steps to protect yourself—and the animals involved.

  • Always meet the dog in person at the breeder’s home or kennel—never agree to buy without seeing them first.
  • Ask to see the puppies with their Dam (mother), and the Sire (father) if available.
  • Verify all paperwork:
    • Kennel Club (KC) registration number
    • Date of birth
    • Health screening results
  • Prepare questions to ask the breeder. Some helpful ones include:
    • Did you breed the dog(s) yourself?
    • Can I see where they were bred and raised?
    • How old is the Dam, and how many litters has she had?
    • Was the birth natural or via C-section?
    • Are there any known health issues?
    • Can I see documentation for both Dam and Sire?
    • Will the puppy be vaccinated and wormed before purchase?

  • If something feels off, walk away. Don’t ignore red flags.
  • Ask for advice from a trusted third party if you’re unsure.
  • Take your time. This is a big decision—don’t rush it.

  • Puppies should appear happy, healthy, clean, and curious.
  • You should be allowed to see and handle all puppies in the litter, not just the one you're considering.
  • Never buy a puppy younger than 8 weeks old.
  • Avoid any puppies that show signs of illness—e.g. runny eyes, weakness, or diarrhoea.

  • Is the whelping pen clean?
  • Do the dogs have access to fresh water, clean food, and adequate space?
  • The living conditions can say a lot about the breeder’s standards.

  • Ensure you receive the KC registration form and all relevant documents at the time of payment.
  • Write up a simple contract to protect both buyer and seller—especially important in case circumstances change.
  • Never agree to buy a puppy in a car park or public place. Always go to the breeder's premises.
