Beautiful KC Registered Working Cocker Spaniel Puppies
We are delighted to offer our beautiful litter of 5 KC registered working cocking spaniels to carefully selected, loving homes. Bred from exceptional working lines with excellent temperaments, these puppies have all the qualities to make outstanding working companions or loyal family pets.
Now 5 weeks old, they are thriving, full of character and becoming more adventurous every day. They are being raised in our family home, where they are handled daily and are becoming accustomed to everyday household sights, sounds and routines, giving them the very best start in life.

Mum is our much-loved Black & Tan Working Cocker Spaniel and is everything you could want in a working dog. She is a pleasure to work, particularly when picking up, and will happily sit with you all day on the peg. At home she is calm, affectionate and enjoys nothing more than curling up on the sofa for cuddles. She has a fantastic, biddable nature and is fully DNA and health tested.
Dad is a stunning Red Working Cocker Spaniel with an excellent temperament and a real eagerness to please. He is a stylish, capable all-round working dog who excels both in cover and out in the field.
His health testing includes:
• Clear of AMS
• Clear of FN (Familial Nephropathy)
• Clear of prcd-PRA
• Clear BVA Eye Examination (2025)
• PLA Grade 0
Both parents have exceptional temperaments, excellent working ability and have been carefully chosen to produce healthy, confident puppies with plenty of drive and loving natures.

🐶 Buyer’s Checklist for Gun Dogs
Whether you’re buying, selling, or studding a dog, it’s essential to take the right steps to protect yourself—and the animals involved.
- Always meet the dog in person at the breeder’s home or kennel—never agree to buy without seeing them first.
- Ask to see the puppies with their Dam (mother), and the Sire (father) if available.

Verify all paperwork:
- Kennel Club (KC) registration number
- Date of birth
- Health screening results

Prepare questions to ask the breeder. Some helpful ones include:
- Did you breed the dog(s) yourself?
- Can I see where they were bred and raised?
- How old is the Dam, and how many litters has she had?
- Was the birth natural or via C-section?
- Are there any known health issues?
- Can I see documentation for both Dam and Sire?
- Will the puppy be vaccinated and wormed before purchase?
- If something feels off, walk away. Don’t ignore red flags.
- Ask for advice from a trusted third party if you’re unsure.
- Take your time. This is a big decision—don’t rush it.
- Puppies should appear happy, healthy, clean, and curious.
- You should be allowed to see and handle all puppies in the litter, not just the one you're considering.
- Never buy a puppy younger than 8 weeks old.
- Avoid any puppies that show signs of illness—e.g. runny eyes, weakness, or diarrhoea.
- Is the whelping pen clean?
- Do the dogs have access to fresh water, clean food, and adequate space?
- The living conditions can say a lot about the breeder’s standards.
- Ensure you receive the KC registration form and all relevant documents at the time of payment.
- Write up a simple contract to protect both buyer and seller—especially important in case circumstances change.
- Never agree to buy a puppy in a car park or public place. Always go to the breeder's premises.
